Research study looking for participants

Have you collected any kinds of personal health data either for yourself or for your loved ones? And have you shared the data with your clinicians? If so, we would like to invite you to participate in a Pennsylvania State University’s research study on Enhancing Patient-Clinician Communication through Self-Monitoring Data Sharing. We are recruiting patient participants for an interview study (in-person, Skype, or phone). Each participant will receive a $20 gift card.

To qualify,

- You should have experience in collecting personal health data outside clinic (e.g., sleep, diet, exercise) for yourself or for your loved ones (e.g., a parent tracking health data for his/her child) to manage a health condition;
- You should have experience in visiting the clinic to talk about the data to clinicians
- You should be able to share your self-tracking methods such as screenshots or photos of your tracking tools, collected data, or visualizations with us
- You do not have to be current patients.
- Age range between 18–65

If you meet the above criteria, and are interested in participating or want to learn more, please fill out the pre-study screener (https://docs.google.com/…/1E0Vn3g4FKa8ztT44QCtGRnN…/viewform). Should you have any questions, please contact Eun Kyoung Choe (echoe@ist.psu.edu). Thanks!
