6:00 – 9:00 Capture the Flag Event in 206 IST Building • Cloud-hosted challenge platform • Students access via a Virtual Machine for Linux/Ubuntu environment (student provided) • Focused on training and learning versus competition o Each challenge will have a mini-lecture and a how-to on the topic • Challenges/Learnings o Encryption o Steganography o PCAP analysis o Forensic analysis o Hash identification o & others TBD • Two expert GE Security representatives will facilitate • Pizza will also be served at the event RSVP in Compass > Events > Workshops
